A shared brief
We agree what the work is for, who it serves and how success will be judged before expanding the scope.
HOW WE WORK
The right solution does not begin with the latest tool. It begins with understanding the people, the problem and the change that would matter.
Understand the people, the context and the problem worth solving.
Conversations, journey mapping and a clear problem statement.Explore ideas with the people who will use the outcome.
Prioritised needs, inclusive concepts and interactive prototypes.Turn a useful idea into a practical, maintainable experience.
Iterative development, content and connected systems.Check how it works in real situations, not just on our screens.
Usability, accessibility, performance and security checks.Support adoption and use evidence to decide what comes next.
Handover, training, feedback and a practical improvement plan.WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
We agree what the work is for, who it serves and how success will be judged before expanding the scope.
Prototypes, regular conversations and documented decisions help everyone see what is changing and why.
Documentation, training and support arrangements are part of the conversation, not an afterthought.
RESPONSIBILITY
We consider language, navigation, keyboard access, device differences and assistive technologies. The exact testing scope and any conformance targets are agreed for each project.
We aim to minimise information collection, clarify access and test relevant safeguards. Production requirements are scoped to the information, systems and risks involved.
AI should be introduced with a clear purpose, appropriate permissions and meaningful human oversight. We do not present automated outputs as a substitute for professional or consequential human judgement.
We consider maintainability, ownership, handover and ongoing costs, not just the launch-day experience. Support responsibilities are agreed in writing.
